Reformer pilates is a versatile training method that uses a specialized reformer machine to perform pilates exercises. It has become an established part of dance training around the world. Many professional dancers, choreographers, and dance teachers use Reformer Pilates to improve body control, alignment, and muscular balance.
Regular practice supports recovery, enhances movement precision, and increases body awareness, all of which directly benefit dance technique. Reformer Pilates offers a safe and effective way to develop strength while promoting freedom and ease of movement without unnecessary strain. The reformer is a unique training tool because it provides immediate feedback on every movement, helping participants maintain proper alignment and technique.
